Obtain Your Russian Tourist Visa in 4 Steps
1. Book: For accommodations, we recommend the Sochi Marriott Krasnaya Polyana. For complete details and to book a room visit https://sochibgws.com/hotel/ .
2. Get: To get a Russian visa, you will need a Visa Support Letter (a.k.a. Tourist Invitation/Voucher). We recommend the company HotelsPro. Complete the online form at http://hotels-pro.ru/order/hotelspro and receive a voucher instantly by email. It takes no more than 5 minutes and costs $26 USD (1500 RUB).
3. Contact: Next, contact a Russian Visa Center (ILS) or Russian consulate in your country of residence. For the complete list of ILS locations, see https://sochibgws.com/visa/ .
4. Prepare and Apply: The Russian Visa Centers (ILS) can guide you through the process of obtaining a Russian visa. Submit all your documents to ILS* or to your Russian Consulate. Once your application has been processed, your passport and visa will be available for pickup in person, or will be sent to you by mail.
*Note: For ILS-USA, it is best to use their Washington, D.C. or New York locations.
